2. Now that you have a little background information about chimpanzees it is time to narrow down your research and focus on certain chimpanzee behaviors that interest you. The following website, the ABC’s of Chimpanzee Behavior, provides a list of common behaviors that you would see in chimpanzee communities.
3. Examine the list and as you read, create a list of topics you may be interested in researching further. You may also have observed a behavior in the video clips that you would like to learn more about.
4. Choose one topic for your research and use the resources below.
5. Be sure to include a list of further questions prompted by your research. (You may be able to ask these questions if you visit the zoo during your field observation.)
6. Be prepared to give a brief oral presentation on your topic.
